Serving Opportunities
J&J Village
Leaders:

Mission:
The JJ Village Leadership Team walks alongside single mothers in a Christ centered, restorative community, supporting spiritual growth, healing, and life transformation. Through relationship, teaching, and intentional presence, we help women grow in identity, faith, and everyday life
Roles needed:
Team members serve as mentors, discipleship facilitators, and spiritual companions who walk consistently with residents. Roles include leading studies, mentoring one-on-one, supporting community gatherings, and helping foster a safe environment for growth and restoration
Support needed:
Our most significant needs are financial support to sustain and grow the ministry, as well as committed volunteers to provide care and ministry to the children while mothers participate in discipleship gatherings. These support allow us to create a safe, focused environment where women can fully engage in healing, spiritual growth, and community

Men’s Ministry
Leaders:
Keith Gaspard, Ross Panos, Jeremy Christian, Mike Hill
Mission:
Create opportunities for Men to connect, hold each other accountable, and serve.
Roles needed:
- Plan gatherings
- Lead Men’s study/ accountability groups
- Plan and lead areas where we can serve those within the church and the community
Support needed:
Consistent support from leaders with communications and scheduling

Women’s Ministry
Leaders:
Debbie Sellman, Deb Berger, Angie Camp, Tonya Burruss, Paige Hill
Mission:
To equip and encourage women in all walks of life through the study of God’s work, gospel-centered friendships, and service to the women in our community.
Roles needed:
Women to join us on our event days! We can’t build relationships and community without them!
Support needed:
We need financial help for each bi-monthly gathering. We need help with leadership support, along with publicizing each gathering, conference, and retreat, starting at least 6 weeks in advance.
