What We Believe

We believe in one perfect God who works in trinitarian form as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe God created the world, came to earth to redeem us from our sin and brokenness, died to defeat sin, hell, and death, was resurrected to ultimately prove the unmistakable authority of God, and lives in us through the Holy Spirit.

We believe the Gospel is good news stemming from the life and completed work of Jesus to extend saving grace through faith.

We believe in the indescribable gift of grace.

We believe in the authority of scripture as living and active and remains God’s ultimate communication to us, for us, and through us.

We believe Jesus came to earth as God with flesh, humbled himself in weakness as a human, gave his life as a substitutionary ransom, and is coming back in power to fully establish His Kingdom in a new heaven and new earth for those who have followed Him.

We believe the Church is the living body of Christ on earth and will one day live completely free with Jesus for all eternity.

We believe we should regularly practice our surrender to Jesus through repentance and the sacraments of baptism, communion, and gathering as a church.

16For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

Romans 1:16

2fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

Hebrews 12:2

42They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

Acts 2:42-47

Our Vision

We believe Ephesians 4:11-16 is possible, and God has given us revelation to see it all happen.

Our Mission

The mission of Lifebridge Community Church is HOW we believe God will accomplish our vision.

Our mission comes directly from Acts 2:42 and the engine that drove the early church.

This powerful engine has four pistons:

Love

people one at a time.

Feed

people the Word of God.

Spur

people to serve.

Connect

people to God through prayer and worship.
